Hopkinton, Massachusetts, is a town in Middlesex County. It was incorporated in 1715, and it was named after Edward Hopkins, a British colonist who lived in Connecticut. There are six schools in Hopkinton: three elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, and one preschool.
